At about 1:55 last night, Friday, a 37-year-old Ford driver was driving in Brünlasberg towards Schneeberger Straße.

The school bus stopped at a bus stop near the residential area and the boy ran off the road behind the bus.

The Ford driver tried to break in, but did not stop in time and hit the elementary school student.

The boy arrived at the hospital for treatment – there was no information about his condition on Saturday, police said.

Ford suffered material damage of around 800 euros. Further investigations are ongoing.
