GMC reveals the official image of the 2025 Yukon

THE GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, along with its global siblings, the Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe, are kings in the full-size SUV segment. To put things in perspective, GMC sold 1,377 Yukons and Yukon XLs in 2023 in Quebec; in comparison, Ford sold 309 Safaris during the same period. To keep this momentum going, GM is announcing that the 2025 Yukon will be refreshed and giving us some details.

Next car on the list

In an official announcement, the American manufacturer confirms that the 2025 Yukon will be the next car the brand will launch this year after the GMC Acadia that recently arrived in the dealership this spring.

GMC is giving us few details about the new features of the 2025 Yukon, but it still shows a small part of the car in the pictures. The front end of the behemoth will be refreshed along with its upper beams. The headlights, which include a new C-shaped LED signature, have been redesigned, as has the SUV’s grille.

According to the American media GM authority, the 2025 Yukon will also be eligible for redesigned fog lights, a new underbody and a new 5G-compatible communications antenna. Obviously, this information has not yet been confirmed by GM.

More rumours

A car as popular as the GMC Yukon usually scares the sleuths of the auto industry. Now another information is circulating which indicates that the interior of the cabin will also be updated. A new, bigger screen with modern technology can be a plus. However, nothing is guaranteed yet as the manufacturer has not confirmed the rumours.

Interestingly, GMC has announced plans to expand its brand presence in new international markets. The 2025 Yukon will lead GMC’s offering for the first time in the markets of Australia, New Zealand and China. GM says the 2025 Yukon will be revealed later this year.
