Mechanic Reveals What Ex-Girlfriend Did to Customer’s Cadillac

Many people who own cars have had the experience of several lights coming on in the dashboard. Usually, you can take it to a local mechanic or auto parts shop to confirm what exactly is wrong and fix it.

Well, this time, it was more than just a few lights.

A technician told the story of a customer who came in. The mechanic, Menji (@menjicar), said that while the woman was driving, her entire dashboard lit up and told her everything—from how her transmission needed to be checked to her oil. below. Furthermore, he said his car stopped working and even started.

He said that he brought it up, and was very confused at first until he mentioned that his ex might have had something to do with it.

In the video that is close to a million views, technician Menji (@menjicar) showed that he connected a device detection machine to the car and did a scan to find out what was there, but it didn’t pick up anything. .

“And this thing usually takes everything,” he said.

Confused, he began to look under the hood of the car. At first, he said he thought it would be rat damage because of the tiny print fingers on the dusty engine, but then he saw it: a loose connector, and another, and another.

The dashboard was still on, he said. So he kept wandering around until he said he discovered a potentially fatal issue. The computer that controls the brake system was disconnected. While Menji said he was able to clear up all the issues, he was still worried about his customers.

“The surprising part about this is that the brakes were damaged, so this could have been very serious,” Menji said.

“Think about it at this point, the girl might even get the police involved with the guy. Because like I said, this thing could have ended badly without brakes.”

The video has hundreds of comments, mostly of people saying he should press charges and speculating that he could be charged with attempted murder.

“Scary… especially his brakes,” one wrote.

“He needs to press charges and file for a restraining order,” said another.

While it’s unclear what will happen when the police get involved, it seems possible for the ex to be charged with something if they can prove he was the one who wrecked her car. Just a few years ago, someone in Tennessee was charged with attempted murder by cutting off the brake line of his ex-girlfriend’s car.

The Daily Dot wrote another story where a mechanic removed a tracker from a woman’s car. He claimed his ex was using it to stalk him.
