In India, Renault’s domestic unit has also confirmed the launch of the model. The affordable SUV will enter the market between the end of this year and the beginning of 2025 and will feature other minor innovations.

In the teaser, Renault revealed few details and said that the new generation Duster will come to India with its design features. Compared to the Dacia version sold in Europe, the model in the photo shows new headlight designs, a new grille and a bumper with a more robust overall look. Another change is of course the logo change.

As for the size, the new Duster will be the same size in both the regions. In other words, it will be 4,343 mm long, 1,810 mm wide, 1,656 mm tall and 2,657 mm tall. The trunk will hold up to 472 liters.

The CMF-D system will also be similar but will have to be modified and simplified to be produced in India at more competitive prices.

Another confirmed move is that Nissan will repeat the strategy already implemented in the country and also release its version of Duster. A Japanese dialect is also seen in the teaser and will play the role of a faded heir Terrano to compete
