2024 GMC Acadia: First Lease Starts At 9 per month

2024 GMC Acadia: First Lease Starts At $399 per month

GMC’s popular three-row Acadia SUV has gotten a total redesign for the 2024 model year and its first lease starts at just $399 a month, according to the latest dealer information. That’s not a bad price for an all-new SUV, but it’s $179 more expensive per month than the outgoing 2023 model.

Now through April 30th, you can lease a new 2024 Acadia in Elevation FWD trim for $399 per month for 24 months with $6,909 down on signature. This is an expensive deal with a monthly cost of $687 per month. Compare the monthly reasonable cost to the 2024 Acadia’s MSRP of $43,995 and this is not a good thing. And, with that, the current lease shown on the new 2024 GMC Acadia is for GM or non-GM brand car leases, so if you don’t have a lease, you can expect to pay a higher price.

Although this is an expensive SUV to lease, the Acadia is a popular choice among large three-row SUVs. With a complete redesign, the 2024 Acadia will see the introduction of a more powerful and fuel-efficient engine that increases the horsepower and towing capacity of the base models. This new 2.5-liter turbocharged cylinder has a capacity of 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft of torque.

Inside, the 2024 Acadia has a new design that features a 15-inch center touchscreen and an 11-inch driver information display. The new infotainment system has Google apps built-in and includes navigation as standard. The redesign also includes more driver assistance features including adaptive cruise control, automatic reverse braking, blind spot steering assist, and surround view cameras.

If you’re still looking for a full-size SUV but getting newer isn’t your thing, the new 2023 Acadia has a lower price tag, especially if you’re a current Buick or GMC lessee. These buyers can qualify for GM’s advertised rate of just $229 per month for 24 months and $7,309 off a 2023 GMC Acadia in SLE trim. With an effective monthly cost of $534, this is still an expensive deal but it looks like a bargain compared to the 2024 model. You save $153 per month by choosing the 2023 model. All in all, the 2023 is a great deal compared to its $40,495 MSRP. And there’s a $2,250 rental loyalty credit available on the 2023 model that isn’t available on the 2024 Acadia.

All in all, if you’re buying an Acadia or any other large SUV, know that you’re in for an expensive ride. If you’re not into the latest technology or the most powerful engine, you can save money with the 2023 Acadia, especially as a current GMC lessee. However, even though the price is higher than we’d recommend, buyers who can afford it will find the redesigned Acadia a good, albeit short, lease.

If you prefer to shop, there’s no savings on either model, as the advertised APR on the 2023 and 2024 Acadia models is a paltry 7.79% APR for up to 72 months. We expect to see prices drop on the redesigned 2024 Acadia over time.
