Marpa Holding (The Adventure) is buying the JLR Knook dealership

Marpa Holding buys Jaguar and Land Rover dealer Knook Breda and Knook Select from February 1, 2024. Marpa Holding owns The Adventure car company, Land Rover dealer in Den Bosch and has a partnership with Automobielbedrijf Cito, Jaguar and Land Rover dealer in Eindhoven.

Knook Breda is the Jaguar and Land Rover dealer for Southwestern Brabant and Zeeland. Knook Select serves as a car park serving all of Breda. With the acquisition of Knook Breda, Marpa Holding strengthens its position within the Jaguar and Land Rover network and grows to a 20 percent market share in the Netherlands.

Knook Breda has over fifty years of experience with English cars and is one of the oldest Land Rover dealers in the Netherlands. The CEO, Renata Knook, says the lack of follow-up determined the decision to sell. “The lack of follow-up has made me decide to sell my company to Marpa Holding.
