RAM innovates healthcare workplace and management solutions for Liquidware

Amstelveen – February 13, 2024 – RAM Infotechnology and Liquidware are further expanding their existing partnership in the field of workplace management. All RAM Infotechnology workstations will be managed using Liquidware’s complete Workspace Management suite.

Expertise in health care
RAM Infotechnology is known for its expertise in the field of ICT in healthcare. With a comprehensive portfolio of services in the public cloud, private cloud and Internet services, RAM serves thousands of customers within the healthcare and healthcare markets. ICT within this sector requires flexibility, a high level of security, customization and of course cost efficiency. To provide such a special workplace, RAM has developed its modern workplace concept based on a multi-cloud environment: eCumulus. Within this concept, all services are integrated (such as software, hosting, management, security and backup) according to the customer’s specific situation. To manage this modern workplace smartly and cost-effectively, existing solutions like Intune and custom scripts are not enough, and RAM chooses the complete Workspace Management Suite from Liquidware.

Three solutions with only one goal
Liquidware’s Workspace Management Suite provides all the features for effective workplace management and consists of three solutions. RAM has been using the ProfileUnity User Environment Management Solution within a cloud workspace for some time. This makes the user profile transferable, which provides various advantages in the case of shared devices (typically in healthcare) and high security requirements (think NIS-2). The partnership is now expanding with FlexApp and Stratusphere UX. FlexApp is an application layering solution and offers, among other things, the option to easily migrate Microsoft App-V packages before extended support for App-V ends in April 2026. Stratusphere UX is a digital usage monitoring solution (DEX) for performance verification and diagnostics.

Equality vs. individualization
