Redesigned 2025 Buick Enclave Drops V6, Gets Super Cruise

The next generation Buick Enclave it marks a complete change from its seven-year-old predecessor with the latest brand design language and cutting-edge technology.

Aesthetically, the new 2025 model looks better and more attractive. In fact, it is longer, wider and longer than before. The front end includes Buick’s signature wing light, ticker-style LED headlights and full-width LED taillights that extend into the fenders.

The entry-level Preferred model rides on 20-inch wheels, while the Sport Touring (ST) stands out with black wheels and exterior accents along with a flat-bottom steering wheel. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Enclave Avenir features unique 22-inch alloys and a luxurious interior complete with a sunroof, head-up display, Bose Performance Series audio with 16 speakers and more.

All Enclave models get a 30-inch digital interface with Google Built-in—the largest in the segment, Buick points out—along with multi-color lighting and a motion-sensing power liftgate (just sweep your foot under the rear bumper. to open it ).

The 2025 Enclave is the first Buick to offer the semi-autonomous driving capability of Super Cruise, first introduced in Cadillac cars. General Motors is currently working to expand its road network to approximately 1.2 million kilometers (US and Canada combined) by 2025.

Like many competitors, Buick’s three-row SUV offers a plethora of advanced safety features and driver assistance. Blind Spot Assist, Automatic Intersection Emergency Braking, Traffic Sign Recognition and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning are new additions for the 2025, all standard.

Under the hood, the 3.6-liter V6 does not return, as it did for 2024 Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia. Instead, you’ll get a turbo-charged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard AWD system handle the power delivery. Maximum towing capacity is rated at 5,000 pounds.

The 2025 Buick Enclave will arrive on sale this summer from the Lansing Delta Township assembly plant in Michigan. Expect prices to rise slightly.
