The new KIA Fleet team has over 115 years of experience in the automotive industry

In less than a year, the entire KIA Fleet team has been reunited around Jean-François Mailleux, Fleet & Remarketing Manager of KIA Belux since October 2022. As a Remarketing and Used Car Manager Christopher Leclerc is responsible for KIA’s Used and Pre-Owned Vehicle strategy. “His main mission at the moment is to create the KIA Certified Used label, which will be fully distributed throughout the network by 2024 at the latest,” explains Jean-François Mailleux.

Before joining KIA, Christophe Leclerc developed his expertise in this area at Jaguar Land Rover Benelux and BMW Group Belux. He also worked for FIAT, SsangYong Belux, and I can go on and on, because Christophe can count on 28 years of experience in the car world.

Standing next to him Virginia Geuskens, who fulfills the role of Key Account Manager. About fifteen years ago she was the first woman to be elected FLEET Owner of the Year, when she was a fleet manager at USG People. He then worked for Peugeot Belux, Peugeot-Citroën Retail and Jaguar Land Rover Brussels. All in 22 years of experience in the marine and automotive industry!

Joelle Wouters and Julien Bronchart complete the team. Joëlle Wouters is the North Fleet District Manager. He has 26 years of industry experience (DaimlerChrysler, Citroën, Renault, Nissan, Leasy, Stellantis, etc.). Julien Bronchart is District Manager of Fleet South (Wallonia, Luxembourg and the French-speaking part of Brussels). He was working at Volvo. Since 2010, to be more precise… in other words, he adds 13 years of experience to the team.

Joëlle and Julien are responsible, among other things, for the development of fleet operations in the KIA dealer network in Belux.

This also includes the creation of a shipping label for KIA dealers. “We are creating a KIA Business Certified Dealer label (the name has not yet been confirmed). To be eligible for this label, certain conditions must be met. This label guarantees compliance with certain standards of quality and service to our customers. It will be launched soon“says Jean-François Mailleux.
