Why this Chrysler Halcyon is the new Alfa Romeo

Chrysler is a brand that almost doesn’t exist anymore. It offers only two examples in the US, both of which are very old. But that should change, with this Halcyon.

We call the Chrysler Halcyon the new Alfa Romeo, because this American concept car has the STLA Grand platform from Stellantis as its technical basis.

It can keep enough batteries for a distance of up to 800 km and can even be used for high-end sports cars that accelerate from a standstill to 100 km / h in 2.0 seconds.

Chrysler reports that the Halcyon’s 800V batteries can be charged wirelessly. Therefore, the brand claims, it will have an unlimited range on the special surface of the input road. Yes, we would like one of those too.

Therefore, Halcyon is not very realistic. He is more than a fictional character. A mission statement from the Chrysler brand, which wants to be fully electric by 2028. So there is work to be done.
