Gear changes are quick and the steering is firm. The A3’s dynamic behavior is impressive when pushed. He answers with aplomb. On top ofautobahnall it takes is a simple press of the accelerator pedal and you can easily exceed 160 km/h.

On secondary roads, especially narrow and winding roads, the A3 has no problem keeping track, even at good speeds. The chassis is capable of handling it and reacts very well to sudden changes in direction.

The only limitation is a small button that allows you to choose between six driving modes. On the one hand, it does not always respond when requested, and on the other hand, it forces the driver to take his eyes off the road to know which mode to choose. It would be good for this information to appear directly in front of our eyes, for better ergonomics and safety.

It’s always hard to get the right idea of ​​a car until you can test drive it for a long time in Canada. In fact, you should be able to drive the model in winter conditions to test them more rigorously than on the beautiful back roads of Germany. However, it is promising.
