Lamborghini Urus SE 2024: more powerful and heavier

As expected, the Lamborghini Urus adopts plug-in hybrid technology. A necessary step for the European market that pushes manufacturers to reduce their CO2 emissions as much as possible, knowing that this technology makes it possible to reach very low figures in official approval processes.

Performance and specifications

Horsepower 800, 0 to 100 km / h in 3”4, 0 to 200 in 11”2 and a top speed of 312 km / h (world record for SUVs). Here are the official figures of the Urus SE available thanks to the 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 developing 620 horse power supported by a 192 horse power electric motor located in the gearbox. So it becomes more powerful than the Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid, with 739 horsepower.

Chassis

In addition to the common platform, the Italian is closer to its German cousin on a technical level: it takes all-wheel drive and a multi-disc clutch, but also a battery with a capacity of 25.9 kWh. In standard, the mass reaches 2,540 kg, which is to say the standard price of a rechargeable hybrid on a machine of this type. However, it can be as fast on the circuit as the 666 horsepower Urus Performante with the same tires.

Style

Unlike the Urus S and Performante. The modification covers the front hood, the shield and the rear part which is entitled to get a new black part connecting the lights. There are also some improvements inside (mainly on the main screen technology).

price

It is not yet known, but it will definitely cost more than the Urus S (€234,650). In France, however, it will be cheaper due to the avoidance of the ecological penalty of €60,000.
