273 DS 7 Crossbacks for services. Corrective action.

Entrepreneur Stellantis Polska Sp. z o. o., based in Warsaw, informed the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection that DS7 Crossback vehicles with a high-voltage battery may be subject to its failure, which may lead to an uncontrolled increase in battery temperature. This may cause a fire.

On the Polish market, the repair campaign covers 273 vehicles.

The entrepreneur informed the owners of the affected vehicles about the need to contact authorized services to reprogram the BMS (battery management system) using the improved battery monitoring software. If a damaged high voltage battery is detected, it will be replaced.
