35 years old in YOLO mode. 140 for 50, without a license, but in a Porsche

The police from Świdnica must have been surprised on Saturday when they chased a Porsche that was racing around the city at a speed of 143 km / h. Driving in built-up areas, with a speed limit of 50 km/h, must mean a three-month break from driving. The 35-year-old, who was driving a German car, already had such a break.

It turns out, the woman who decided to go crazy driving on the streets of Świdnica is on a three-month break from driving. His driving privileges have been revoked for previous offences. Now this period has been extended for another three months. In addition, the woman was fined 2.5 thousand. PLN, and 15 penalty points were added to his account.

As the officers from the Poviat Police Headquarters in Świdnica remind, speeding in built-up areas by more than 50 km/h results in the driver being fined, adding penalty points and holding the driver’s license for 3 months. If the time If the driver is suspended while driving, the period without a driving license will be extended to 6 months.

If this does not help and the driver will drive again, then together with the authorities, the police will prepare documents on the basis of which the authority to issue a driving license will withdraw the driver’s permission to drive completely. This means that you will have to repeat the course and the exam.

Unfortunately, experience shows that this does not stop pirates. There is no shortage of those who drive despite the revoked permits and, worse, commit more serious mistakes. Maybe they follow the principle of YOLO (you only live once) and see no reason to limit themselves to some restrictions. Until the authorities find a way to deal with them, it will be difficult to feel safe on the streets.
