Audi A3 2024: 5 things you need to know

Audi A3 2024: 5 things you need to know

1. Now also like Allstreet…

One of the biggest new features of the 2024 Audi A3 facelift is undoubtedly its new, facelifted variant. This Audi A3 Allstreet undoubtedly has its own unique features. It’s 3 cm higher and gets an SUV-like look thanks to distinctive front and rear bumpers and black wheel arch protectors, which also protrude slightly on the sides. The model also stands out with a slightly higher seating position, again mimicking the feel of an SUV.

2. …but not all ways!

But be careful: unlike its big brothers A4 and A6, which have Allroad versions, the smaller A3 and A1 are deliberately named Allstreet. The German hatchback on the upper legs therefore remains a front-wheel drive and does not have any motorization with a quattro wheel drive. Therefore, off-road driving is impossible, and you will not benefit from the A3 Allstreet compared to the standard model even on slippery surfaces. Just a little more ground clearance will help you be less likely to get stuck off the beaten track.

3. More complete equipment

Whether it’s an Allstreet, Sportback or sedan, the German middle class is now well-equipped. Among the updates of the Audi A3 2024 we find the new ambient lighting, the Virtual Cockpit and the 10.1-inch central touch screen that comes from the factory. On this screen you can also install external apps like Spotify to listen to your favorite music without having to connect your phone. The Audi A3 2024 also receives a new light signature that can be customized at any time. You can choose four different options through the infotainment system.

4. Audi A3 2024 can now be ordered from 35,530 euros

The good news is that the Audi A3 facelift can already be ordered. The bad news is that the prices have also changed with the 2024 facelift… Now you pay 580 euros more, meaning that the A3 Sportback is now available from 35,530 euros in Belgium. The sedan is available from 36,630 euros, while the new Allstreet costs at least 37,380 euros. At launch, only the 35 TFSI petrol engine and the 35 TDI diesel engine will be available, with 110 kW (150 hp) in both cases. They are paired as standard with a 7-speed S Tronic automatic transmission.

5. Other versions to follow

In fact, the range of the German middle class is not limited to these two engines. Other petrol and diesel engines will soon be added to the range, but we also expect new plug-in hybrids under the hood of the A3 Sportback and sedan. And let’s not forget the S and RS sports versions! In anticipation of this, we will soon get the first view of this A3 2024, and more specifically the new Allstreet version, during the first test with the facelift model. It will continue!

Sébastien has always been interested in the world of the car in the broadest sense of the word. He is very interested in everything, from small vintage cars and combustion engines to modern electric mastodons. However, he has a soft spot for fast but smart cars. There’s nothing like a station wagon that’s bursting with power for intelligent driving pleasure.
