The married couple living in the house, Hans-Wilhelm Vagts, and his wife were not injured in the accident. “In the 1960s and 1970s, a car entered my house,” reports Hans-Wilhelm Vagts. However, not much damage was done at that time. The driver, an artist, reported Vagts, but he died at that time.

This time the driver seems to have better luck. When the accident happened, the 74-year-old homeowner was still in the room. “I was in the room. I looked through the window through the window. I didn’t just leave the room. The stones closed the door,” says Vagts.

A structural engineer should define how badly the house was damaged. The Audi A6 S-Line was completely destroyed in the accident. “According to preliminary estimates, the property damage caused could reach around 100,000 euros,” said Rainer Bohmbach, Stade police spokesman. L 123 had to be completely closed for two hours during rescue and recovery measures with the help of the fire brigade, traffic was diverted inland. However, there were no major obstacles.
