Inappropriate speed may have been the cause of the accident on Monday on Kreisstraße 7. The car ended up in a ditch and hit a group of trees.

Wackersberg – A 38-year-old man from Tölz, who was driving on a district road around 4:40 pm, noticed an Audi in a ditch and immediately called the emergency number. Two people in the car were able to free themselves from the car. Rescue workers who were called tended to the two. The two were taken to Bad Tölz hospital with moderate injuries.

The car first hits the shoulder and then, after facing, it goes off the road

According to the 22-year-old driver from Geretsried, he and his passenger, a 22-year-old from Tölz, were traveling towards Königsdorf. Due to improper speed, he turned right on the shoulder of the left hand bend and directed the counter. This caused him to veer off the road to the left and crash the car into a group of trees. The collision was so violent that one tree split.

The car is totaled

According to the police, the Audi suffered a loss of around 10,000 euros. The car had to be towed. In addition to the police and the BRK rescue service, the fire department of Oberfischbach was on site with nine emergency services. They took care to close the road and clear the road.

Accidents happen again and again on Töl7. Earlier in the year, one had kept police busy for weeks. In January, the car driver drove straight ahead. The car hit a curve sign, turned 180 degrees in the ditch and then stalled. The person involved fled, leaving his car and Polish license plate behind. The car sat by the county road for a week.
