After Aston Martin and Bentley Motors, Bugatti is now entering the luxury real estate market. And to develop the first avant-garde project with luxury real estate, Dubai seems to be the right place. So it is in the city of princes, in the United Arab Emirates, that Bugatti puts down its suitcases and decides to establish its first luxury residence. This project, conceived with the help of an expert in the field, the real estate developer Binghatti (who is currently working, in collaboration with the jeweler Jacob & Co, on the highest real estate location in the world), was launched on Wednesday May. 24 at the Coca-Cola Hall in Dubai, in front of the CEO of Bugatti, Mate Rimac, and that of Binghatti, Muhammad BinGhatti. This complex, named the Bugatti Residence, will be built in the upscale Business Bay district of Dubai.

A very luxurious residence, inspired by the beauty of the Mediterranean
A few days earlier, the car manufacturer had hinted that this project would be of a large scale and quite innovative: “If it can be compared, it is not Bugatti”. The first images released during the event seem to fulfill this ambition. We discover an attractive and elegant architectural design, made with water lines and curves, while the interior decoration is decorated with light and soft colors, thus showing a beautiful appearance. The company wished, for this major project, to find inspiration from the beauty of the Mediterranean and also ensure that it wants to “bring the art of living and the tranquility of the Côte d’Azur to the heart of Dubai” with this residence.
This huge complex consists of 171 “Riviera Mansions” and 11 “Sky Mansion Penthouses”, each one more beautiful than the next. The building will also feature a host of luxury amenities, ranging from a Côte d’Azur-inspired beach, private swimming pool, jacuzzi, gourmet restaurant and fitness club. Bugatti has not forgotten its chosen field, as these many accessories and services of all kinds will be accompanied by special services for cars. Residents will be able to use the two elevators that connect the residential garage to the penthouses, specially designed for their cars, or even take advantage of the chauffeur service when needed.
The choice of Dubai as a location for the construction of such a project does not seem so surprising. Indeed, the city last year recorded a record number of real estate transactions. This is attractive for its extravagance and its favorable tax policy, which has encouraged a large number of investors to come and develop all kinds of projects there in recent years. The city therefore hosts many luxury hotels, such as the recently opened Bulgari Hotel & Resorts, or Palazzo Versace or the residences of Elie Saab and Fendi.
Therefore, with this project, Bugatti proves here that it is more than a simple company dedicated to the car. After creating the first collection of sunglasses, or even audio equipment, it continues to change its activities, entering the world of real estate as the next step. No construction date for this residence has been moved yet.
