The 21-year-old Subaru driver was driving on Leipziger Strasse yesterday, Wednesday morning, when a police patrol saw the car at the intersection of Winklerstrasse.

As the police announced, a subsequent inspection revealed that not only was the Subaru’s taillight broken, but the exhaust system was also rusted, the rim was damaged by rust, and the sticker obstructed the driver’s vision.

As it turned out, the driver was aware of these defects.
