New Dacia Duster III in Access version? The cheapest version of the SUV in the image

The third generation Dacia Duster is no longer a secret. The Romanian brand has used a new stylistic language, experimenting with attractive design, new materials and interesting solutions in the arrangement of space in the cabin. The official images show the heavily equipped versions, but will there be room for a budget variant on offer? X-Tomi Design has made an image of a model that can open the price list of Duster.

Dacia raises the bar and gradually removes the so-called “naked” from your portfolio. Standard equipment is becoming more and more, which is justified by the needs of customers on the one hand and, on the other hand, with the support of the European Union, which increases the list of mandatory equipment for new cars on the market. The Acquisition Edition, which for many years occupied a place at the top of the list of Dacia, and once also Renault, is now a memory. The Romanian brand offers more and more as standard and does not offer Duster Access and even says that it is not required. According to the manufacturer’s data, about 70% of customers choose high-end hardware versions. So does the Dacia Duster from the vision of X-Tomi Design have a chance to hit the showrooms?

The Duster III offering will include four trim levels: Essential, Performance, Exreme and Safari, which are the same as the current model. Dacia will only drop the Safari + version. The manufacturer has not yet revealed how much you will have to pay for the new model. The current generation starts at PLN 79,900 (see price list) and the new model will probably exceed this ceiling.

Dacia Duster III – basic equipment:

What equipment is available as standard? The manufacturer lists a Media Control system, roof rails, 6 airbags and parking sensors as standard. There is no word on alloy wheels, but the Duster Expression is entitled to them. On the second level, Dacia adds a 7-inch touchscreen with a Media Display multimedia system, wireless replication of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems, and a reversing camera.

The Third Extreme Level also received standard roof rails, TEP MicroCloud washable upholstery, rubber mats in the cabin and trunk, automatic air conditioning, the effective YouClip 3-in-1 grab system and, as Dacia promises, “a lot more”. The Duster Extreme will be adorned with copper-brown decorative accents on the exterior and interior of the car.

Top Duster

Dacia Duster in the highest Safari level offers an expanded set of equipment compared to the Extreme version. The car has 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lights, automatic climate control, hands-free card, electric parking brake, wireless smartphone charger, Media Nav Live infotainment system with integrated navigation , and Arkamys 3D Sound System with 6 speakers.
