Polestar phone – the first phone from the announced car brand

After many rumors in recent weeks, Polestar has finally announced its first phone, called Polestar Telephone with a little thought.

The phone is made by Meizu and is based on the 21 Pro model of the Chinese company, presented in February last year. This is no coincidence, as Polestar and Meizu are both owned by the Chinese car giant Geely.

The device has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a 6.79-inch LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 1368 x3192 and 120 Hz made by BOE with a maximum brightness of 1,850 nits, an ultrasonic fingerprint reader under the screen, 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, triple camera system on the back (50 MP main with OIS, 13 MP ultrawide, 10 MP 3x telephoto with OIS), 32 MP selfie camera and 5,050 mAh battery with 80W wireless charging, 50W charging wireless and 10W. recharge wirelessly.

The phone has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It measures 164.98 x 74.42 x 7.98 mm and weighs 214 grams. It is offered in only one color called Polestar White. The specifications are the same as those of the Meizu 21 Pro, by the way. The only way to order a Polestar Phone seems to be through the Polestar app.
