Deloitte Legal with Give Back Beauty in collaboration with Mercedes-branded fragrances

Group Restore Beautyin the beauty industry and specializing in the development, production, marketing and distribution of beauty brands, has signed a long-term partnership with Mercedes-Benz Customer Solutions for the development, production, marketing and distribution of perfumes worldwide under the brands Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Amg and Mercedes-Maybach, in the context of the extensive acquisition of International New Creative Concept (Incc), a perfume company based in Paris. in 1990 and specialist in the creation and development of sustainable fragrances, (former) licensee of Mercedes-Benz Parfums.

The partnership will allow Give Back Beauty to add Mercedes-Benz and its associated brands AMG and Maybach to its global portfolio, which already includes some of consumers’ favorite fragrance, cosmetics, skin care and hair care brands.

The Give Back Beauty group was supported by a team of Deloitte Legal led by a lawyer Carlotta Robbiano and is composed of partners Aurora Falsarella e Livia Cassina (in the picture).
