Two years after his last win on the PGA Tour, Hideki Matsuyama’s star is roaring and shining bright again.. The Japanese wins the 2024 Beginner Invitational with a perfect final round of 62 (9 under par), which is combined with 69, 68 and 68 from the previous three days for a total of 267. This victory launches Matsuyama to number 20 in the world championship ranking, as well as No. 3 in the FedEx Cup.
