It is the first example in the history of this manufacturer with a hybrid car. Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 came to Poland more than a year after its debut. Its price turns out to be about PLN 23,500 higher than the variant with the basic ECO-G 100 engine.
The Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 uses a drivetrain familiar from many Renault models. It consists of a natural 1.6 petrol engine with a power of 94 HP (148 Nm at 3,200 rpm) and two electric motors with a power of 49 and 20 HP (alternator with start function).
The hybrid drive system of the Dacia Jogger develops a total of 140 HP, and the clutchless multi-mode transmission is responsible for transmitting the torque. The last piece of the puzzle is a small lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1.2 kWh (covered by a warranty of 8 years and mileage of up to 160,000 km).
From the middleware version
Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 starts at PLN 109,550 in the price lists – this is how much we will pay for the second variant of Expression in the series. This Romanian car is not offered in a basic version, as it is in a more expensive version called Extreme+.
Expression jogger and hybrid car has enough standard equipment. Such a car has, among others, manual air conditioning, LED lights, electrically operated mirrors and windows, a multimedia system with an 8-inch touch screen, a steering wheel covered with an eco-leather sensor and rear parking.
The most expensive Extreme version (from PLN 114,350) adds automatic air conditioning, a reversing camera, keyless entry, tables on the backs of the seats and 16-inch alloy rims to the above features.
Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140, like other models of this car, is available with a cabin of 5 or 7 seats. Two additional seats cost PLN 4,500.
Satisfactory fuel consumption
Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 has a fuel tank of 50 liters, and on average per 100 kilometers – according to the manufacturer’s data – consumes 4.7-4.8 liters of gasoline. The vehicle weighs 1,357/1,385 kg (5 and 7 seater versions, respectively) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 10.0 seconds. The maximum speed is 167 km / h.
In comparison, the basic version of this car with the ECO-G dual-fuel system with a power of 100 HP (on LPG) and 90 HP (on gasoline) accelerates to 100 km/h in 12.3/13.0 s (LPG) or 12 5/13.2 s (petrol). The TCe 110 variant is more powerful, needing 10.5/11.2 seconds to do the same.
In turn, fuel consumption is 5.7-5.8 l/100 km. On the other hand, the ECO-G needs an average of 7.7-7.8 liters of LPG or 6.0-6.1 liters of petrol to cover 100 km.
Of course, the Dacia Jogger Hybrid 140 has a trunk with a base capacity of 607 l (5-seat version) or 160 l (7-seat version).
How much do other monocars cost?
In comparison – new Dacia Duster Hybrid 140 costs from PLN 111,400. For Renault models with the same drive system, we will pay:
- Clio E-Tech 145 full hybrid: from 99,600 zlotys
- Captur E-Tech 145 full hybrid (pre-facelift): from PLN 120,800
- Arkana E-Tech 145 full hybrid: from 126,900 zlotys
