The temperature is now being reduced in the factory halls and offices of Audi in Ingolstadt.
It’s getting colder in the offices and workshops at Audi in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm. As the company informed its employees through the intranet, the temperature in the workplace will decrease in the coming days. In the office, for example, it will be no more than 19 degrees, in the production halls the temperature will not exceed 17 degrees.
At Audi in Ingolstadt, the temperature in the workshop and office is reduced
In this way, Audi wants to make a contribution to energy saving. The relevant temperature is controlled in the center of the factory halls, also in some offices. Where this isn’t the case, according to Audi, managers are responsible for making sure it doesn’t get too hot. In one area, however, the temperature will not decrease, namely in the sanitary and shower rooms.
Unnecessary lighting is already turned off in the Audi
Since September 1, Audi has been turning off all unnecessary lights. For example, neither the four rings nor the advertising spaces on the buildings shine in the dark, and the facade lighting is also turned off. (AZ)
