Lamborghini Huracan STJ: only 10 units

The V10 air block allowed the Sant’Agata manufacturer to write some of the best pages in its history, contributing to the success of the Huaracan range launched in 2014. But ten years have passed and the Huracan will bow out from here on out. of the year, to make room for a replacement with a hybrid group.

To celebrate this passing of the baton, Lamborghini has come up with a limited edition called the Huracan STJ, based on its Huracan STO model. Super Trofeo Jota refers to the Super Trofeo championship launched in 2009 by Lamborghini, while the word “Jota” refers to Appendix J of the FIA regulations intended for racing cars, and a long tradition of Lamborghini track models (launched by the Miura SVJ).

A unique aerodynamic and suspension package is based on the competition

Like the STO, the Huracán STJ has a V10 unit producing 640 hp and 565 Nm of torque, controlled by a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. This power is sent only to the rear wheels of the car.

The Huracan STJ also benefits from an aerodynamic package developed by Lamborghini Squadra Corse. That of the Huracan STO was already very high, and here it has been further improved for greater efficiency, through the addition of new carbon fiber aerodynamic attachments. The angle of the rear wing has been increased by 3° compared to the production model to provide 10% additional aerodynamic load.

The limited edition Huracan STJ also includes four adjustable shock absorbers derived from the competition, which contribute to its road characteristics as well as a special set of Bridgestone Potenza Race tires, made of a special high-grip compound and installed on 20-inch rims and center nut. It is enough to allow it to provide better performance than STO.

In terms of finishes, the Huracan STJ is offered in two configurations to choose from, conceived by Lamborghini Centro Stile designers. The first combines the colors “Grigio Telesto” (grey) and “Nero Noctis” (black) for the body and roof, with “Rosso Mars” (red) and “Bianco Isi” (white) details. The interior receives a “Nero Cosmus” (black) finish with Alcantara seat upholstery, and leather with “Rosso Alala” (red) stitching. The second configuration offers the exterior version of “Blu Eliadi” (blue) and “Nero Noctis (black)”, with details of “Bianco Isi” (White). Both versions finally receive a carbon fiber number plate labeled “1 of 10”.

Lamborghini did not specify the price of this limited version of the Huracan STJ, but as an indication the Huracan STO was available for less than €300,000 in France.
