Automobili Lamborghini and Babolat, limited edition padel racket!


Two excellences join forces in the name of two Italian passions: the old, that of fast cars, and the more modern, of padel. Lamborghini and Babolat cars announced today the partnership to produce a wonderful padel rackets.

The first prototype, called BL001, will be made in a limited series of only 50 units inside the Automobili Lamborghini factory in Sant’Agata Bolognese: it was presented last Saturday during the Lamborghini Arena at the Imola racetrack, in front of Of. Two other collections of rackets will soon be released and sold, BL002 and BL003. At the heart of the project is the fusion of Babolat’s expertise in racket and gaming technology with Automobili Lamborghini’s expertise in the manufacturing process and design of carbon fiber.

Elegance, style and performance

BL001 unisex racket by Automobili Lamborghini and Babolat will be available in five Lamborghini colors, Giallo Auge, Verde Viper, Arancio Livrea, Viola Pasifae, Verde Gea: it will be in limited edition (only 50 examples) and designed with tools. , the processes and materials used in the production of the Italian company’s high-end sports cars.

Although Babolat already uses carbon material in the production of its padel rackets, the BL001 will benefit from Automobili Lamborghini’s unique expertise in the production of carbon fiber for its Casa del Toro supercars.

The BL001 is designed with a very rigid monocoque side frame that improves the deflection of the strike zone. The monocoque design, which extends into the handle, allows the hand to be in direct contact with the frame. This ensures perfect control of the racket with total comfort, while providing exceptional power and ball speed.

It will be produced using the most precise technique, 100%, and tests will be carried out in the field and laboratory by Babolat experts, as happens with every new racket.
