Amidst speculation of a McLaren “crisis” ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Lando Norris has denied any such claims, asserting that his team is on track to make a strong showing at the event.
In a statement to the press, the budding British F1 star brushed off any rumors of a McLaren crisis, citing the team’s solid results over the last few races as evidence of their potential in the upcoming competition.
“We’ve been in a good position over the last few races, and we’ve been getting progressively better,” Norris stated. “The team has been working together really well, and we’re all in it together. We’re going to continue pushing and see if we can score some good points in Saudi Arabia.”
Norris went on to express confidence in his team’s ability to make a strong showing in Saudi Arabia, citing the team’s strong work ethic and dedication to improvement as key factors in their success.
“We’ve been focusing on the small details, and I think that’s the most important thing for us going forward,” Norris noted. “The competition is always getting tougher, but I’m confident that we have the right level of commitment and determination to succeed.”
The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix kicks off this weekend, and Norris and McLaren will be hoping to put the speculation of a “crisis” to rest with a strong performance.
