Lotus Evora GT430 Sport. It wasn’t that fast

The body of the two-seater is made of carbon fiber. Thanks to this, the Evora GT430 Sport weighs only 1248 kg. Compared to the standard model, it was possible to lose 10 kg. The car received a modified aerodynamic package including – made of carbon fiber – a large rear wing, a splitter and special deflectors.

Customers can choose between two body versions and a manual or automatic transmission. The power source is a supercharged 3.5 liter V6 engine. According to the model name, the unit produces 430 HP. The variants equipped with a six-speed gearbox boast a torque of 440 Nm. Automatic versions – also with six gears – develop 450 Nm (available from January next year).

With a power-to-weight ratio of 345 hp per ton, the Lotus Evora GT430 Sport with automatic transmission accelerates to 60 mph (96 km/h) in km/h in 3.6 seconds (3.7 seconds with manual transmission). The top speed – 315 km / h – means that we are dealing with the fastest road Lotus in history.

Standard equipment includes, among others, replaceable Ohlins TTX calipers, four-piston brake calipers and a limited slip rear differential (Torsen).

Lotus Evor GT430 prices on the local market start at £104,500 (about PLN 484,000). The order list is now open.
