Spyker’s trustee claims 1.5 million from Victor Muller because of wrongdoing

The manager of Spyker, the luxury car maker that went bankrupt, is demanding 1.5 million euros from former CEO Victor Muller. The reason for this is that Muller drained the house of Zeewolde before the company went bankrupt, and illegally transferred various sports cars and engine blocks to the British parent company Spyker, of which Muller is a director. Muller’s business partner is also being targeted for these allegations of fraudulent behavior.

Improper transfer of property

The bankruptcy report, which was published recently, shows that several sports cars and engines were transferred without permission to the British company Spyker. According to the custodian, this happened illegally, because these assets belong to a bankrupt company.

Muller refuses to pay

British company Spyker has now been ordered to compensate the property for the damage. However, Muller refuses to pay because he believes there is no illegal withdrawal. He said he has not yet received the latest bankruptcy report, but he has confirmed that Spyker Ltd. received a demand letter earlier this month.
