Michel Perridon destroys his 2.8 million Euro Rimac Nevera

Michel Perridon is the proud owner of the first Rimac Nevera in our country, that’s why De Telegraaf decided to visit the entrepreneur. A reporter wanted to ride in an EV with terrifying speed, but that didn’t go as planned.

Last month Michel Perridon received his very expensive car. He paid about 2.8 million euros for this. Because it is a fully electric car, the bpm was 0 euros. It was different from the sixteen cylinders that the Bugatti collector also has in his garage. This time he did not fill the state coffers with tons of BPM, so he honored our country in a different way with this purchase. The color scheme of the Rimac Nevera refers to the Dutch flag.

The Telegraaf visits Michel Perridon

Telegraaf journalist Charlotte Sun visited the Rotterdam resident to congratulate him and see for himself how it feels to run from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 1.8 seconds. Autovisie has of course already done this during this test drive with a hyper-EV.

Michel Perridon test drove the Nevera in Croatia. “The amount of torque and the feeling in the car was so impressive that I decided to order one,” he says during the Telegraaf interview. Now his own Nevera is on the highway.

Damage to Rimac Nevera of 2.8 million euros

Well, it all takes getting used to. Perridon points out that this is only his second ride in the 1,914 hp monster. This is evident when he and the reporter return to Buitenplaats Welgelegen after a short test drive. The entrance is sloped, but the car’s collector can’t lift the front end, causing the Rimac Nevera’s big mouth to scrape over the paving stones.

“I hadn’t pressed the button properly, so the front part didn’t go up and I touched the ground for a while,” explains Michel Perridon. “There’s no stress, it’s part of it. Nobody sees it,” he says nonchalantly. However, when the photographer captures the bottom of the front panel, we see several deep scratches. Ouch.
