Ferrari, a new transport service for employees and improve traffic

From Monday 15 April, a new electric transport service will be activated reserved for the employees of the Maranello headquarters, which will connect the factory entrances with the car parks further away from the headquarters (two multi-storey lots via Grizzaga near the Bus Station . and car parking through 8 marzo).

This service will bring the significant benefit of reducing the impact of our employees’ private vehicles on the local public parking system.

Two daily trips (out of a total of three Iveco vehicles) will operate during peak traffic hours (from Monday to Friday, from approximately 8:00 to 9:00 and from approximately 5:15 to 8:30 pm ), and will be able to carry up to 1,800 passengers per day on two different routes.

The program is part of a wider system of projects where Ferrari shows its attention to the area and the environment. Among them, industrial energy efficiency through the installation of solar panels (2.4 megawatts in 2023 only); Ferrari Energy Society; The shutdown of our generator is expected by the summer of 2025.

Construction of new factories is also underway (including electronics construction) that will replace previous energy-intensive industrial buildings, further contributing to reducing emissions. Considering in particular the urban development works of the surrounding areas envisaged by the expansion plan, including the cycle/pedestrian route between via Nuvolari and via Trebbo which is under construction.
