Pagani Huayra R Evo Release Details

Pagani continues to rock the world of supercars with the launch of its masterpiece, the Huayra R Evo. This open-track hypercar not only pushes the limits of performance but also marks an important addition to the exclusive Arte in Pista program, offered to owners of Pagani Track Hypercars.

The Huayra R Evo is inspired by the world of IndyCar and the historic cars of Le Mans, boasting a “codalunga” or “long tail” design that shows a carefully studied evolution aimed towards motor racing. The heart of the car is the Pagani V12-R Evo engine, power that delivers 900 hp at 8,750 rpm and a maximum of 567 lb-ft of torque, designed to deliver impressive performance that rivals the legends of endurance racing.

Aerodynamic efficiency has been significantly improved, with a 45 percent increase in downforce, all while preserving the vehicle’s handling. This leap in performance is complemented by an interior that combines safety with the highest level of motorsport innovation, providing a cockpit inspired by the pinnacle of automotive technology.

The suspension system sees improvements in stability and precision, thanks to a new high-performance damping system, while the braking system has been further improved with the introduction of CCM-R self-ventilated carbon-ceramic discs combined with standard racing pads. This is supported by Pirelli P Zero Slick tires, selected for unparalleled control on the track under any conditions.

Pagani’s Arte in Pista program, which began with the launch of the Huayra R, has expanded the Pagani customer experience, offering a personalized calendar of events at prestigious FIA circuits around the world. The program includes non-competitive track events, technical support and professional driver assistance to enhance driving skills.

Horacio Pagani, Founder and Chief Designer of Pagani Automobili, emphasized the Huayra R Evo’s role in pushing the boundaries of performance and emotion. The car’s design and technical expertise are the result of extensive testing and feedback from Arte in Pista events, in collaboration with partners such as Pirelli and Brembo, to create a car that is not only high-performance but also distinctive and creativity.
