Two new technologies

Under the agreement, Porsche and ClearMotion will collaborate on two technologies: ClearMotion is a high-bandwidth data transmission technology. RoadMotion, a fingerprinting software for road conditions, enables intelligent chassis control.

Transferred to other group structures

“The planned collaboration is the first step towards exploring a closer cooperation with ClearMotion in the future,” says Ingo Albers, Head of Drive Systems at Porsche. In the future, it is also possible that jointly developed technologies may be used in models from other brands of the Volkswagen Group. “This partnership will take the driving experience to a whole new level,” says Christian Steinmann, CEO of ClearMotion.
