Dymato and Hyundai Wia together on the road to growth in Belgium

The machinery dealer from Veenendaal expects to open a sales office in Belgium in the second half of this year.

A unique partnership

Since 2004, Dymato has been active as a machine supplier with a complete delivery program for CNC machining and cobots. Dymato is associated with its suppliers in the development of new technologies. This has led to unique partnerships with customers and suppliers to anticipate the rapidly changing market landscape, where digitalisation, sustainability and process thinking are increasingly prevalent in the CNC manufacturing industry. Industry 4.0 will make machines and factories more autonomous in the coming years.

Global prospects

Dymato recently had a strategic consultation with Hyundai Wia. This describes the expectations of all international parties and their structure. As the exclusive partner of Hyundai Wia, Dymato is seeing sales growth and this is the reason for the machine supplier to expand to Belgium. Together, a new course is now being set for the Belgian manufacturing industry.

Welcome to Belgium customers

Management currently still takes place from Dymato’s head office in Veenendaal, but the intention is to open a sales office in Belgium. Depending on the processing time of the parties involved, this is expected to be implemented in the second half of this year. “This means we are closer to our Belgian customers and can also offer them TOP service, which will increase speed and efficiency in the region,” says Dymato managing director Werner Meijer.

Hyundai Wia produces many types and variations of more than 140 models of CNC machines. As part of the Korean automaker Hyundai Motor Group, Hyundai Wia has been supplying machinery in Europe since 1995. In addition to Hyundai-Wia, Dymato has also been the exclusive distributor of Röders TEC in Belgium for many years.
