Scuderia Palladio at Benacvs with Bottoni and Skoda

Joined by Sofia Peruzzi, the representative of the Vicenza team is preparing to face the home race and seek the playoffs as happened in Bardolino three weeks ago.

Vicenza – The second commitment of the season in Verona also concerns us for Scuderia Palladio, thanks to the participation of one of its members in the upcoming Benacvs Rally, which is now in its nineteenth edition and is scheduled to take place next Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6.

Federico Bottoni and Sofia Peruzzi will once again defend the colors of the “cat in the hat” by showing up at the start of the home race with a Skoda Fabia R5 Evo supplied by PA Racing and Michelin tires, with which they do not participate. Hide the right ambitions to aim to repeat the victory achieved in 2022 and once again win the top step of the podium as happened three weeks ago in the Bardolino Rally.

“Riding the rally that is organized in my city – says Bottoni in the pre-race – has a special flavor due to the fact that I am at home in the true sense of the word. I have always loved Benacvs and I raced it several times until I won together with Sofia in the edition of Finally. Although not valid for the national titles, there are several drivers on the list of participants who can aim for victory and give us a hard time. I really like the track and I think we will be able to express our opinion while trusting the weather forecast which should not bring the lottery of the right choice tire again.”

At Benacvs, together with the Bottoni – Peruzzi crew, Fabio Andrian will also compete in a Skoda Fabia with a driver registered with the colors of another team.

The race will come to life on the morning of Friday the 5th with scrutineering at the Caprino Veronese Town Hall followed by a shakedown. At 6.31 pm departure for the evening prologue which includes a special test and five more the next day for a total of six kilometers and approximately 52 planned. Arrival from 5.15pm.
