After a year of cooperation, the agency Altavia Kamikaze + K2 will continue to serve two brands from the Volkswagen Polska Group: SEAT and CUPRA in the area of ​​improving the DIGITAL CUSTOMER JOURNEY.

The main goal of agency operations for both brands is to increase conversions on their websites by improving user experience and better content management. The agency creates websites for both brands, and is also responsible for UX and UI, A/B testing, integrations with CRM systems, content management, analytics, and creating website creatives.

During the first year of cooperation, the agency team focused on creating a new website and improving the existing design of the SEAT and CUPRA brands, as well as improving the content according to SEO recommendations, updating layouts and images, changes in the user path area on the website and the implementation of a new vehicle delivery tool is available immediately. An important point was also the introduction of information about the current financial offer offered by Volkswagen Financial Services. Additionally, space has been created for SEAT-approved used car programs and CUPRA-approved programs.

In the next year of cooperation, the scope of cooperation will expand to include optimization of content and website content based on A/B test analysis and website quality analysis (Adobe Target, Google Analytics 4, HotJar), ​​verification and streamlining user journey. , mapping out key conversion points and making them better for users. In addition, the agency will ensure the introduction of e-commerce solutions that enable the customization of offers and their adaptation to the needs of the user.
