YOKOHAMA, Japan – The all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80 redefines the luxury full-size SUV segment. It brings together understated yet rich styling, intelligently integrated technology and an effortless driving experience. As the flagship of the range and the first new model in Revival of INFINITI productsThe all-new QX80 offers incredible comfort, convenience and technology for all three rows.

The exterior includes Art in Motion. Up front, the QX80 wears the latest iteration of INFINITI’s signature double-arched grille that complements the illuminated INFINITI logo – now with a more three-dimensional appearance. Emphasizing the Japanese ethos of enlightened hospitality, the all-new QX80 features an impressive welcome sequence that includes the available INFINITI Light Path activation, and pull-out door handles that automatically extend when approaching the vehicle with the key fob.

In the interior, the QX80’s dashboard concept uses two 14.3-inch displays. The latest ININITI in Touch® comes with Google built-in so Google Maps, Google Play and Google Assistant are up-to-date to make driving easier.

A separate 9-inch touchscreen mounted below provides convenient control of all climate functions, including heating or cooling operations for the front seats and selection of the QX80’s driving modes.

The first part technology, available Biometric Cooling, helps to keep the second row at a comfortable temperature. An infrared sensor integrated into the car’s headrest detects when a passenger is hot and is about to adjust the temperature and airflow to send cool air to the second row.

In addition, Front Wide View9, a world-first technology, uses cameras to provide a wide view of the sides of the car on both 14.3-inch screens. Similarly, innovative features include Invisible Hood View, which uses advanced processing to capture images from the vehicle’s exterior cameras to project an image of what’s in front of the vehicle onto in-car screens, and a Journey Diary feature that can take a picture. or video from the front-facing camera to share on social platforms. Klipsch® A premium audio system, another segment-first technology, is available in the QX80. Lighting can also help set the mood with 64-colour Personalized Ambient Lighting, integrated into the dashboard and doors.

All models feature the standard 3.5-liter turbocharged VR35DDTT engine, rated at 450 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. Complementing the new engine is a 9-speed automatic transmission with a 40% wider gear ratio, allowing for increased responsiveness and smooth highway travel.

Also, available Electronic Air Suspension and Adaptive Digital Suspension further improve the QX80’s ride and handling. The air suspension is lowered by 1.2 inches for aerodynamic improvements. When parked, it can be lowered by 2.8 inches from standard to Easy Access level – making getting in and out of passengers or loading or unloading cargo much easier. For use in rougher terrain, the off-road setting raises the air suspension 2.4 inches above the QX80’s standard ride height. Dynamic Digital Suspension allows constant monitoring of the vehicle’s motion, helping to automatically control the damping force with electronically controlled power.

Additional ride and handling improvements include a 58% stiffer frame over the previous QX80 and the adoption of an electric power steering rack, which has 300% increased torsional rigidity and enables driver assistance features.

As always, the QX80 includes an extensive list of advanced driver assistance technologies, including ProPILOT Assist 2.1, available for INFINITI models for the first time, which elevates the experience by allowing attentive drivers to take their hands off the wheel in certain highway driving situations. .

The all-new 2025 INFINITI QX80 will arrive at US retailers later this summer, with manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP)15 starting at $82,450.
