The almost 30-year-old Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which is still doing its job in Albania even after more than 1.5 million kilometers, shows that luxury cars can be very reliable despite some prejudice. On Facebook, however, users are of the opinion that these times are over. “Do it with current models,” writes one. “They don’t even survive the scholarship.” Another believes that cars are still repaired in Albania, but also admits that “a car must be built in a way that it can be repaired.”

Below the video, users rave about the indestructible Mercedes taxi. “W124 (internal name E-Class, editor’s note) perhaps it is the pinnacle of reliability and technology,” writes one. “The W124 is more reliable than the technical sedans,” comments another user.
