The interior of the New ASX is illuminated by natural light thanks to the panoramic sunroof. 690 mm wide, it has three central opening options, all easily controlled via a control mounted above the inner rear-view mirror. When fully opened, the roof extends 315mm. Space is about comfort and versatility: the bench slides forward by 16 cm, allowing more storage in the boot or more lightness for the legs: it equates to an additional 69 liters of carrying capacity in addition to 332 liters. (VDA) standard with seats in front position. And it’s standard on all trim levels. Functionality is enhanced by the cabin’s storage options: the glove box, center armrest and door storage compartments provide more than 22 liters of space.

There is no shortage of full hybrids, solutions based on a 1.6-liter gasoline unit with two electric motors and a multi-mode automatic gearbox. The 105 kW unit has a range of 900 km, up to 80% electric driving in the city and consumption of 4.6 liters / 100 km.
