After dismissal: Acura Wagner health center wants to start again – Pforzheim

Pforzheim. As of April 1, the established Pforzheim Acura Wagner Health Center will continue elsewhere. After owner Frank Dettinger moved to his building on Habermehlstrasse, owner Bernd Metzler and managing director and his wife Sigrid Metzler will sign a new lease in the next few days, where the health center can continue to operate with approximately 70 employees.

Metzler does not expect much from the appointment scheduled at the Regional Court of Karlsruhe on February 15. There it should be clarified whether the dismissal was legal. But he expects more nominations and legal tug-of-war. Metzler says it’s also an open question who will pay the freight forwarder’s bill.

Acura’s new tenants are confirmed: The fitness studio chain wants to open a “show studio” in May.

The relationship with his former landlord Dettinger is broken. Meanwhile, the company is notifying its rehabilitation and prescription customers as well as its 1,400 to 1,700 gym members by letter about how treatment and training can continue.
