Audi organizes its working environment in a way that is as flexible as startups. Sharing desks, freedom to choose the workplace and no specific details of attendance days: “With our new corporate agreement ‘hybrid working’ we are creating a highly flexible system,” says Miriam Mayer Ebert, Head of Services Total Audi AG. . The internal project “better normal” promotes greater freedom for #employees to find a working style that suits them. But change – Mayer Ebert is convinced of this – occurs first of all in people’s minds. At Bits And Pretzels, Audi can talk to New Work experts like #influencer Laura Lewandowski about how a collaborative approach strengthens personal responsibility and trust and thus creates space for innovation.
»Creating the future together is the epitome of Audi’s vision. We don’t just show that with our products,” says Henrik Wenders, Head of the Audi Brand. »At Bits and Pretzels we can talk with other visionaries about progress in all areas of life. This holistic approach provides innovative solutions.
Dealing with technology responsibly – the »&Audi« initiative
From health apps to route planning to automated driving: Under the heading “It’s give and take”, the “&Audi” program sheds light on what data-driven technologies and services bring – and what is required of them. Between functionality and data protection: Patrick Hennig, co-founder of Luca App, and experts from Audi and Carad discuss this area of tension. The »&Audi« initiative has been bringing together experts from different fields and industries since 2016, contributing to the responsible use of #technology.
Ahead of the zeitgeist, of business ideas and cracks in the #matrix
Ideas that improve mobility and give people added value in everyday life are the focus of Audi think tank and startup accelerator Techstars. With their joint initiative, they support founders in the development of their concepts.
But how do companies know what will move people in the future? » Zeitgeist research has a lot to do with the current attitude. Zeitgeist always appears when our familiar social ideas stop working«, says Kirstine Fratz. A zeitgeist researcher calls this a “crack in the stomach”. For example, he finds that the community is increasingly asking for help in #mobility. “Things like artificial intelligence and the #digital network are becoming increasingly important,” explains Fratz in an interview on progress.audi. In Bits And Pretzels he will discuss the future of mobility with Henrik Wenders.
