TURIN (ITALPRESS) – The Jeep brand celebrates the launch of the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Wrangler 4xe with the arrival of the international marketing campaign “Famous for Freedom”. The global campaign kicks off with a 30-second version of “Famous For Freedom” on the Jeep brand’s YouTube channel. Added to these are short-format content, including a 15-second clip spread across the brand’s social media channels, and online video placement. An integrated digital, social and print campaign will complete the promotional package. “Music has long played an important role in our rich advertising culture. As the industry celebrates 50 years of hip-hop, the Jeep brand was honored to include ‘California Lovè,’ a song previously inaccessible to the advertising world, in ‘Famous for Freedom’ campaign for the new Jeep Wrangler 2024.” says Olivier François, Global Chief Marketing Officer of Stellantis.
“In the 90s we witnessed a real renaissance in fashion, movies and music. We want to tap into the nostalgia of that decade, while recognizing the unique appeal that the Wrangler has in the automotive and cultural landscape. “California Lovè captures the spirit of the Jeep Wrangler and its owners throughout in the world like no other song” he concludes.
Olivier Francois. The international marketing campaign, which will also air in the US, China, Japan, Korea, Australia and other markets around the world, celebrates the launch of the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Wrangler 4xe 2024, featuring the hit song “California Love”. It is the first time that this song has been used in a car commercial. The 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe is available in Sahara and Rubicon trims. Orders are already open and the cars will soon start arriving at European dealerships. “Famous for Freedom” was created by the Jeep brand in collaboration with Chicago agency Highdive.
