Fatal accident on the Szczytno – Nowiny route. The driver of the Audi died

Fatal accident near Szczytno. A 43-year-old man died, two people were injured

The fatal accident happened on Thursday (May 25) at around nine in the afternoon on the national road number 57 between Szczytno and Nowiny. Preliminary police results show that the 43-year-old Audi driver, a resident of Szczytno, collided head-on with a Toyota car, in which a 49-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were traveling. Both are residents of Warsaw. The 43-year-old man was driving alone. Unfortunately, he died instantly from his injuries. The passengers in the Toyota were taken to hospital.

Investigators are clarifying the circumstances of the incident

Police officers from the investigation team worked on the spot under the supervision of the prosecutor. The road was completely closed. Now the investigators of Szczytno explain the reasons and the real circumstances of this terrible event.

A fatal accident also occurred in the town of Wozławki in the district of Bartoszyce. There, a motorcyclist collided with a car.
