Gladbeck: Porsche goes off the road

The driver (19) from Dorsten drove the Essener Straße (B224) in a Porsche around 11:10 pm on Sunday. The car went over the pedestrian island, crashed into a fence and stopped on an embankment. Emergency services took the driver and three other passengers to hospital. They were treated there as outpatients. The passenger (20) explained that the car was overtaken by another car at the intersection of Essener Strasse/Steinstrasse and hit it. That’s why you’re off the road. Porsche probably suffered a complete economic loss. The car was towed. The driver of the other vehicle hit and ran. Anyone who saw anything is asked to contact police on 0800 2361 111
