Sterlin Casey excelled no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, throwing three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also didn’t allow any walks). Casey was also solid in the batter’s box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

In other hitting news, Morrison got a great performance from Kasey Rupp, who went 2-for-3 with five RBIs, a stolen base, and a run. Briggs Roe was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3.
