The Maserati GranTurismo is offered in the Folgore edition, so it’s only right that the new one Maserati GranCabrio it also has an electric variant. It is powered by three electric motors that together develop an output of 750 hp – in boost mode you even have 830 hp for a while. Most impressive is the peak torque of 1350 Nm.

Maserati GranCabrio Folgore goes from 0 to 100 in 2.8 seconds and from 0 to 200 km / h in 9.1 seconds, with a maximum speed of 290 km / h. The soft top can be opened or closed while stationary or while driving up to a speed of approximately 50 km/h. Boosting takes 14 seconds, allow 2 more at the top.

Charging and freedom

In the Folgore version, the Maserati GranCabrio is not light either. The electric transformer measures about 5 meters in length and weighs about 2,340 kg on the scale. Part of this weight is due to the battery pack with a capacity of 92.5 kWh (of which 83 kWh can be used).

The electric Maserati GranCabrio Folgore is rated at 449 km (WLTP) and fast charging can be done with 270 kW, so that 18 minutes are enough to charge the battery from 10 to 80% of its capacity – or almost 100 km to be found. every five minutes of direct current payment.
