(TRD/MID) The Huracan Sterrato is the first super sports car that can also push the limits off the pavement. In addition to the special edition of the LDVI (Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata) driving dynamics system and its modification of the Strada and Sport driving modes, there is also a new Rally driving mode for off-road driving. Ground clearance has been increased by 44 millimeters compared to the Huracan EVO to ensure 25 percent more spring travel at the front and even 35 percent at the rear. The protection of the front part of the lower part of the body and the large edges between the extensions of the wheel arches, the path which is 30 mm wide and the roof rails emphasize the muscular appearance.
Bridgestone “Dueler”, 235/40 R19 at the front and 285/40 R19 at the back, provides good grip on gravel and flat-running work up to 80 km of continuous driving in the event of a flat tire – but also. reduce the maximum speed to 260 km / h. The 5.2 liter V10, reduced to 449 kW/610 hp, still enables the sprint to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds and receives fresh air intake through the rear door ventilation, especially on sandy or dusty terrain. All-wheel drive, a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, a mechanical limited-slip differential on the rear axle and carbon-ceramic brakes are also included.
The interior of the Huracan Sterrato reflects the “Feel like a pilot” philosophy: Titanium roll bars, four-point seat belts, carbon double-shell sports seats and aluminum floor mats provide the safety of a space made for adventure. The driver has full control of all functions on the steering wheel and the display allows intuitive access to information.
The car will be offered in a limited edition of 1,499 units, but it has not been sold yet. Therefore, the price – which should be around 300,000 euros – has not yet been decided.
